Welcome

From Avalon, California. I have always been active swimming, cycling and hiking. 

Yoga helps me become a flexible strong person in mind and body. I spend my summers in the Western Sierras, winters on Catalina Island. Looking forward to teaching in Avalon from November 30th to Spring 2024. 

Yoga classes are for everyone.
